About BridgeView
BridgeView was created to solve a problem that many organizations quietly struggle with every day.

Pamela Capulong
Founder, BridgeView ER Advisor
Senior Leader | HR & Employee Relations Professional
Pamela Capulong is a senior HR and employee relations leader with deep, cross-sector experience spanning the corporate sector, the United States Air Force, state government, and public education. Throughout her career, she has served in senior leadership roles where she was responsible not just for HR operations, but for the outcomes that matter most — fair treatment, organizational risk, and the integrity of how people issues are handled.
Pamela has worked as a formal investigator, conducting workplace investigations into complex and sensitive matters including misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and policy violations. She has led risk management efforts, helping organizations identify exposure before it becomes liability. And she has served as a trusted advisor to executives and leadership teams navigating some of the most difficult people decisions an organization can face.
That breadth of experience — across sectors, across levels of leadership, and across the full spectrum of employee relations work — is what makes BridgeView different. It was not built from theory. It was built from years of sitting in the room where these decisions get made, and understanding what supervisors actually need in those moments.
Pamela is also a research doctoral student whose work focuses on the lived experiences of people who interact with artificial intelligence. That research lens shapes how BridgeView was designed — not as a tool that replaces human judgment, but as one that supports it. Understanding how real people engage with AI in high-stakes moments is not background context for this work. It is central to it.
Senior HR Leadership
Executive-level HR roles across the corporate sector, the U.S. Air Force, state government, and public education — leading teams, shaping policy, and advising senior leaders on complex people decisions.
Workplace Investigator
Formal investigator in cases involving misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations — with experience conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and producing findings that hold up to scrutiny.
Employee Relations & Risk Management
At the core of BridgeView is a deep understanding of organizational risk — and what it costs when employee situations are mishandled. Pamela has spent her career at the intersection of employee relations and risk management, helping organizations recognize exposure early, respond appropriately, and protect both their people and their institutions.
From early-stage performance concerns to formal investigations and disciplinary action, she has seen how the decisions supervisors make in the first moments of a situation shape everything that follows. BridgeView was built to bring that risk-aware, employee-relations-grounded thinking directly to the supervisors who need it most — before situations escalate, before documentation gaps appear, and before small missteps become significant liability.
BridgeView is intentionally designed to reflect how experienced HR leaders think — especially in environments where compliance, fairness, accountability, and people-centered leadership all matter. Instead of offering generic AI advice, the tool guides supervisors through structured reflection, helps them slow down before reacting, and surfaces the questions that experienced HR professionals naturally ask.
The approach is also influenced by leadership and communication frameworks including Brené Brown's work on courageous leadership and the principles of Crucial Conversations — ensuring the tool supports not only sound decisions, but clear, empathetic, and accountable communication.
What Makes It Different
BridgeView was built from real-world experience in sectors where decisions matter and missteps have meaningful consequences. It reflects years of supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters — where the stakes are high, the path is not always clear, and the way a supervisor responds can shape the outcome for everyone involved.
Rather than replacing HR, BridgeView strengthens HR capacity — helping supervisors handle routine and early-stage situations more effectively, while making it easier for HR to step in when needed with better information, better framing, and fewer avoidable complications.
Our goal is simple: help supervisors move from uncertainty to clarity — while helping organizations reduce risk and protect HR capacity.
